Where the Midwest Recovers

Midwest Recovery Center, located in Toledo, Ohio, is an outpatient facility that offers treatment for drug and alcohol abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our programs provide a healing environment where we can deliver quality treatment that helps treat you as an individual so you can begin to build a life beyond your addiction.

Midwest Recovery Center was founded, in large part, by recovering addicts from Toledo, desperate to make a difference. Their desire was to make noise and begin to energize the community about changing the way addiction is viewed and treated, and connect addicts who want to get clean with the opportunity to change their lives. Things began to build from there, and as they spread hope, they connected with the right opportunity to create a new drug and alcohol treatment facility in their own backyard, to serve Ohio and the Midwest.

Our clients always come first. We offer a comprehensive treatment plan individualized for each individual that walks through our doors. Our program is overseen by our Director of Clinical Services, Jim Perrin, LICDC-CA, MA, MRC, and our certified therapists, addiction counselors, care coordinators put in a team effort, day in and day out, to help you begin living a life beyond your wildest dreams. Many members of our team are in recovery themselves; we have walked the path that you are starting on, and we want to share recovery with you.

Our approach goes beyond traditional outpatient therapy. Care coordinators will be your advocate, helping you navigate the wreckage of addiction; we will get you past whatever legal, financial or other roadblocks stand in your way. We connect you with vocational support and life coaches, so you can begin to build the skills you will need to thrive after addiction. Helping you also means fostering change in your environment; at Midwest, families recover too. We will work hands-on with your loved ones, to begin mending frayed relationships, and spread hope and healing to all corners of your life.
